A Sign Of The Season!

In the pine tree in our front yard, we found this cute nest with birdies. It's so fun to watch their mother feed them.

Carly's 1st Grade Program

1st grade program. An end to a fun year!
Thanks, Mrs. Atwood.

This song is a little slow to start, but very cute!

I can't believe my eyes, my kids are growing up so fast. Carly will be going into second grade next year. We are looking forward to a fun summer.

Mother's Day!

Mother's Day was really special this year, having my mom around is such a blessing. We had a nice dinner at Trena's house. Jeff & Jaden were gone to the family ranch to help out with fencing, so Carly and I spent most of the weekend together. I enjoyed being with my mom. The kids both gave me cute gifts. Jaden gave me pictures he had made in school & Carly gave me a potted plant with a card she had made at school. What a fun day!!

Fire Pit!

Jeff built this fire pit for our backyard. Jaden & Carly have driven us crazy, because every night they beg to have another fire. It's been a lot of fun, we roast marshmallows and tell lots of lies.

"The Red Sox"

Wow, what a fun season this has been! Jaden finally has really gotten his grove on, what a bunch of fun boys, this is a great team. Thank you Eric Christensen for a great end to the minors, you truly are a terrific coach.

"The Bears" Soccer Team

Carly had a great time playing spring soccer on the Bears team. Thanks coach Mark for such a fun season!

Cancer Sucks!

My Mom, my rock was diagnosed with Colon Cancer this year. She has been such a trooper, they did surgery and took out 18" of her colon & diagnosed her as having stage 3 cancer. After she had her surgery she got infection, so they cut it back open and she has had a big hole in her stomach for several weeks now. I have been taking her up to the wound clinic at LDS hospital where they put a vacuum on her to speed up her recovery. Wednesday the 27Th she went in for surgery again to have a purple power port put in just below her collar bone. After everything she had been through, it was a breeze. Next week she meets with her Chemo doctor & probably will start chemo right away. I told her to put a Christmas tree on her refrigerator so that every time she goes in she can put another ornament on in reminder that this will be all over by Christmas. (The best Christmas Present ever) Please remember my mom in you prayers!
